How do I pay for Atelier Haus Services?
We accept Venmo, Zelle, Stripe, and certified checks. A 30% deposit is required to secure your project, with an additional 30% due at the midpoint and the remaining 40% due 24 hours prior to final delivery. This structure allows for a seamless, well-paced experience from start to finish.
Do you offer payment plans?
Each project is thoughtfully structured with payment milestones tied to key stages of the process. A 30% deposit is required to begin, with the remaining balance distributed throughout the timeline. If your needs shift, we are happy to refine the scope to better suit your investment.
Late payments and service pauses
We value clear communication and want to protect both your project and our workflow. If payment is not received within 3 days of delivery, services may be paused and links revoked until we hear from you. Late fees are added after 7 days, and after 15 days with no payment or communication, all work will be permanently deleted and the deposit will not be refunded.
Payment plans & Special arrangements
We accept Venmo, Zelle, Stripe & Certified Checks. If you need a custom arrangement, please reach out before your project begins so we can determine if it fits within our workflow.
